A privately owned company, Grosvenor Financial Services Group Limited was incorporated in March 1998.  Being privately owned and not aligned to any fund managers, Grosvenor has the advantage of being able to offer independent advice to those independent financial advisers.it partners with.
 
What initially began with a foundation group of financial advisers has now grown to a point where New Zealands leading independent financial advisers, adviser groups and large organisations, are enjoying the benefits Grosvenor can offer them.

Allan Yeo, Executive Chairman

BA, BCA(Hons) 

Educated at Victoria University Wellington, with a BA and a BCA with first class honours in economics.  Prior to becoming Managing Director of Grosvenor Financial Services Group Limited, Allan held a number of senior treasury roles with Barclays Bank PLC in New Zealand and throughout the financial capitals of the world.
 
Allan is also a director of Tranzact Financial Services Limited, an ASX listed company. 
 
W Anthony Ractliffe, Director
BA, BCom, AMInst D.

A Business Consultant and professional Company Director Mr. Ractliffe is Chairman of the NZ Export Credit Office and Grosvenor Financial Services Group Ltd as well as being on the Board of a number of other companies.
 
In 2003 he completed a second three year term as a Director and later Deputy Chairman of ACC and before that he was the NZ CEO of the National Mutual Group (now AXA NZ).
                                      
Stephen Benton, Director
AFA, CFPCM, Dip.Bus.Stud (PFP end)
 
Steve studied law at Canterbury University before entering the finance and banking industry in 1982.  He specialised in business and corporate finance, serving in a variety of executive management roles for a leading multinational financial institution.
 
Steve joined the financial planning profession in January 1992 and now has 30 years experience in the finance and investment profession.  He has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in Government Superannuation Fund and National Provident Fund analysis.
 
He has a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (endorsed in Personal Financial Planning) and has achieved the CFPCM designation - a designation recognised internationally as the highest available within the profession. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and is a practising member of the Institute of Financial Advisers (IFA). Steve is also an Authorised Financial Adviser under the new financial adviser regulations.
 
Steve is a director of Rede Advisers Ltd and is also a director of Grosvenor Financial Services Group Ltd. He is the chairman of the Audit Risk and Compliance Committee for the Grosvenor group of companies and is a member of the Remuneration Committee.
 
 
Peter Christensen, Director
BA (Hons), Dip. Tchg, CFP, Authorised Financial Adviser
 
Peter Christensen is Chairman of Camelot NZ Limited Partnership, and a Director of Camelot NZ Management Ltd. He was a founding Director of Grosvenor Financial Services Group Ltd.
 
Following graduation with an Honours Degree from Massey University in 1975, Peter traveled extensively overseas before returning to New Zealand in 1979, and became involved in the construction and property development  In 1988, Bell-Booth Christensen was established to operate as a Financial Planning and Investment company, which after subsequent mergers with  Financial Planning Associates Ltd, and Trident Securities Ltd became Rutherford Rede Ltd.  Since 2009 he has been Chairman of Camelot NZ  Limited Partnership, a national financial planning, insurance and investment practise, and continues.
 
Peter is a Certified Financial planner as well as an Authorised Financial Adviser.
 

Management Team  Grosvenor has a senior management structure that rivals that of any corporate  company in the marketplace. A high majority of the senior team at Grosvenor have now been there for a number of years providing a stable and effective strategic direction for the company. 

Head Office Team Grosvenor employs over 45 staff in Client Services, Research, Operations and Administration, Information Services, Distribution and Sales, Insurance, Marketing and Group Finance. Each employee goes through a rigourous and comprehensive screening process before joining so that the team at Grosvenor is close knit and work together to achieve outstanding results.
